We could get pedantic and argue about how fetishizing people due specifically to their race actually falls under racism, blah, blah, blah, but idc. My issue actually falls with the female models. Some people find caricatures of the female body attractive, myself... For me, it falls some where between trypophobia and the uncanny valley. The only racists here are the ones that hate on a game for featuring characters from many and varied ethnical backgrounds and skin tones. I can't believe it's 2025 and people still can't tolerate characters that aren't caucasian.
thats the best part, that there no stupid slow burn. straight to the point, thats refreshing to see that after games with long updates and no actionI like this game but it's going so fast, it's like you play it from middle of a game
"Blacked" is pop culture now, it been used by people way before being "copyrighted" so whatever "legal battle" you talking about will never hold up in court. They will dismiss it. Also the dev responding to the trolls is funny, wish more devs did that, they earned my respect.Btw, the term "Blacked" is officially copyrighted by Strike 3 Holdings. You might win in court arguing it's become a non-specified term, akin to Photo Shop, but you're likely not here to spend 7 figures fighting legal battles

You can find useful feedback in the most trollish of reviews/comments, but feeding the trolls will just leave you hungry. People bitch about NTR being in games with NTR in the fucking name. If someone very clearly is not a member of your target audience, just fucking ignore them. You risk losing visibility if your or your games thread gets locked. One dev specifically lost me as a customer permanently bc he snapped on people politely pointing out objective faults in his current update. Idc that he says he was worked up due to feedback elsewhere and overreacted here, you should never attack people like that. And when you consistently engage in such unnecessary discourse, you're far more likely to overreact for no justifiable reason. It can be fun, I get it, but this is now a financial endeavor. There's no reason to take the food out of your own mouths.
I wish you two the best with your project. I'm debating on checking it out, just to get a measure of the writing. Even if I don't specifically enjoy your product, I hope you can find your audience and make this into so9mething.
No, you're an idiot. Strike 3 could drag this out for YEARS just by arguing that they resubmitted and updated the copyright in May of last year, no other company in the industry uses their term and those deemed too similar have actively chose to change the name of their series. How frequently you or I use it is irrelevant. It would have to become normalized terminology within the industry itself, and they have enough to show that arguably isn't the case. Adobe lost the PhotoShop protections bc they spent over a decade, approaching 2, allowing even their rivals to use the term in their own branding. By comparison, the term "Googling" has been common terminology, even within entertainment for a period, until Alphabet realized that they could lose their entire branding by allowing it and stepped in. Now, you won't even see Google in a movie unless its a paid product placement."Blacked" is pop culture now, so whatever "legal battle" you talking about will never hold up in court. Lmao you have no idea what you talking about kid, i swear people watch one legal eagle video on youtube and think they have law degree. It not that deep, Strike 3 is not gonna waste its time or resources on a failing legal battle. They too busy actually fucking, unlike certain gooners on here. No, you're an idiot. There is a path they could win, but it would literally cost them years and millions of dollars. You don't win copyright suites, you ENDURE them, and only if you absolutely must. There is no open and shut cases in the space. The protections are too widespread and varied based purely on the thing that is being protected.
This case is a bit nebulous bc its such a weird space. You'd need a hail mary strategy like how Nintendo was able to protect Donkey Kong when MGM sued them saying it was a generic rip off of King Kong. A case that was largely only won in tis day bc courts saw video games as no financial competition towards movies and they simply had no understanding of gaming. Now? Gaming dwarfs the movie industry and the courts have at least a baseline understand of what gaming is.
It's just a visual detail. I don't plan to add stat based conditions or stuff like that for now.Is this game kinetic cause I am trying to figure out the purpose of the stat section.
