Noticed that as well and I have to say it is actually sad to be honest. I get that the shrinking dick thing can work if there was drugs being used or magic but this game doesn't have any of that. Unless Aunt Audrey is secretly sneaking in drugs into his food to shrink his dick, but even that would make no sense seeing as despite everything he already had the smallest dick out of everyone.

But on another note this has got to be the shortest update as of late. While it was nice to see Albert come back and mess with your crush a bit, I really wish this update was a bit longer.

Not to mention I would also love to see the NTS path (The original from what I heard) also get worked on as well.

Open path_ntr.rpy in the paths folder. Now search for all "call screen PremiumChoice". I think there are about 4 or 5.
By all these you'll find something like this "Call("v_05_ntr_choice_1_B")])" Now change all the "B" at the end in "A", so you get "Call("v_05_ntr_choice_1_A")])". Tadaaa! Now if you click the NOT premium choice in the game, you'll GET the premium choice.
It only doesn't work with the last choice in the game (go get some water), because we don't get those images.
This will do until we have the premium edition.
