No, it's only racism if there is no POC's in the game, it is more stereotypical BBC bully NTR game that isnt avoidable. If you were with it from the start then you can have something to complain about to be honest seeing as the game didn't start out as a hardcore NTR game but rather and NTS game.

I seriously doubt it to be honest. the main reason the NTR path was created was because to paying patreons wanted a hard NTR game and didn't like the direction the NTS game was originally going. So unless they change their minds, or a poll asking if they would like to see the NTS path updated comes out positive, I wouldn't count on it.

An STD if everyone is clean no. Getting Pink eye on the other hand yes. You can get pink eye from many things from Bacteria, to Virus, and even dirt and Pollen. You can be clean but if the room is dirty enough and said things get into the eye it is 100% possible.
