That wasn't the reason. It was due to 90's puritans who had a hate boner of that site for decades. Decided to made a article hit piece to justify their twitter tactics to pressure payment processors to drop them. Using the claim "Cheese Pizza being on the platform" without none of the authorities to check onto the platform. Then the payment processors cave, drop them, Pornhub panic and did a tumblr. Nuking all their unverified videos, while the person who posted that "Cheese Pizza" video walk away.

So what we learn? what I seem from everything is they didn't had a case for what they did. They don't care about cheeses getting abuse, or even using the legal system to shut it down. They just use Twitter tactics in a attempt to destroy a platform they don't like. Even if it mean nuking 90% of their userbase that has nothing to do with the involvement of that conflict.

I barely use Pornhub. I only use it to check onto let plays for certain hentai games to see if it worth buying.

Now...that all gone....

One of the reason why I like Pornhub was due to it being a distraction from these Puritans to cry about (It being mainstream) While ignoring the other sites people use to get their content from. They don't realize that Pornhub is just a agitator platform for 1000's of other porn sites to centralized share their content to. So even if they manage to purge that content or destroy the site. It been already share onto some other porn site they don't know about. Literally decentralizing the contents doing so and make it harder to track.

So now you have to look for it, Sorry man.

That's the problem with user submitted stuff on huge websites like this. Its not feasable to put a pair of human eyes in front of every video submitted to check it so that means stuff like underage, revenge porn, and outright rape was making its way onto Pornhub. One woman had to lobby Pornhub for months to get a video of her own rape taken off the platform. It was only a matter of time before either goverment intervention happened because of illegal content or someone sued because an ex uploaded stuff on there. Pornhub didn't cave to some religious crusade against them, they were protecting their own ass from legal problems.

Exactly. Websites have been sued, prosecuted, and shut down by feds for hosting revenge porn and obviously videos with people of unverified age. And without getting too political, the VP of the United States right now has a history prosecuting against revenge porn material, and many of these sites are hosted in the States or NA.

The idea that religious groups or just very conservative people had the power to make PH do anything doesn't make sense.

"90's puritans" is a trope I use describe tradcucks who what porn to be banned while ignoring the slippery slope. If PornHub did had illegal content, they need to be investigated, tried, and punished by the proper authorities. Weaponizing payment processors and purging content just screws over law abiding citizens that get caught in the crossfire, since actual criminals always find ways around this...

Gotta admit, I'm feeling more than a little schadenfreude watching Puritans that supported Pornhub being deplatformed and celebrating payment processors dropping them. Now shaking in their boots at the prospect of the same thing happening to them currently.

Working on a collection. Going to sort it by year and "Human" or "MLP" I have stuff from early tumblr days and up to now. when it's all said and done though I have no idea where I can upload it to. I don't plan on spending money for online storage.

looks pretty interesting to me at the moment. I'll look more into it when I've finished organizing everything. This is going to be an animation collection. Pics aren't something I normally collect. If people really want pics included I can try and get an organized collection for those too but no promises.

I can see why no one really wanted to attempt this collection. It has a very messy past. As far as pictures go, from the looks of it imgur deleted everything from 2016-2018. I have searched multiple locations and can't seem to recover them. Oddly enough I have all pics from 2015. The animation collection is going smoothly at least.
