If you mean that you can't click on this guy, then most likely you haven't gone through something before. You can look at the arrows and find where you need to start to get to him. You can show me what this map looks like for you and I'll help you figure it out.

Thank you. Currently, the versions differ by only a couple of scenes, but the gap will grow. The routes shown in the screenshot are also available in the free version; you just need to obtain the dog mask (if I understood you correctly).
i have the dog mask but i can't go further the call , it gives me two options.
When you talk to Anna's mother on the phone (when she's in the office), after the conversation, you should see a black screen with a button that says "Sent a parcel with a mask." If you click it, the scene where she receives the mask will be completed, and the next step will be unlocked. Do you have this button?
