No, when they change something in the code there's nothing to do.

New version has rejigged variables in the earlier parts. Old saves won't work.

The only thing left to put in the game as far as the tags are the Futa scenes. I'll be adding a morphodite, but not sure if you consider that futa as the character will have both male and female body parts. (Female looking though.)

There's some closer to netorare as well (e.g. the MC's dad fucking his sister), but it's not written as a netorare scene: It doesn't go out of its way to arouse jealousy in the player/protagonist.

Some people may not want to view the gay scenes in the game.
So, even though it does have an impact on some characters throughout the game.
You will get the option to turn it off.
It will only turn off male on male sex scenes from being viewed.
If 2 women, 2 women and a male, or 2 or more males with a woman scenes can't be overlooked,
Please exit now and delete the game.
Same goes for NTR.
The MC will be doing porn, along with a lot of other characters in the game.
So this cannot be avoided.
That said,

Hey Wallbound, thanks for your work. Couple of niggles:

line 7877, a small typo: [mc,] should be [mc],
line 10139, the date with mom gives an automatic -15 to mbdsm right before the sex scene, which requires a fairly high mbdsm check of 33 to get the anal variant (the anal scene also gives -10 to mfear, which seems odd). Not sure if this is an error or working as intended.

OK. I haven't run the numbers, but I think that makes it difficult if not impossible to achieve the required mbdsm score for that scene. At least one would have to play very carefully, probably with a walkthrough.

(I tried an arsehole run, consistently picking options likely to increase the MC's dominance, and the restaurant scene knocked the mbdsm variable down to 17.)

Ok...when you have sex with mom the 1st time. One of the options is with/without a condom. Not sure which one it is but one gives like +10 or +20 BDSM points the other - points. If you're not on the sub route you should get the anal scene.

Just had a look, and yeah: "With condom" gives +10, "without" gives -15 mbdsm. I would suggest though that this doesn't make a lick of sense. The fact that even the dev can't remember which choice results in which outcome does seem to imply that there's no real logic to it.

If you're going to have the content in the game depend on these scores (and that seems to have been the intent behind redoing the earlier version), it would be good to have some logic and transparency to how they are achieved.
