Yes, in the beginning of the game you choose to either play as a male protag or a futa protag.

I was looking at some of the futa videos in the game files and noticed that her penis is clipping through the pussy whereas the male protag doesn't. Not sure if that's something you noticed or can fix.

the hunger was pain in ass to deal but its manageable if you know what you doing. a watch would be nice since some event are time based. you suppose to work as patrol after you finish the tutorial and buy a massive amount of food. the fishery and inn open 24/7 and its cost 4 gold or less. the location is at east of the city or a little north of the healer hut. the inn is better for food since the game direct to you. there is a clock in the inn but. holy most of the game its about explore your option as the tutorial only tell you how to move and that is it.
