How weird, anyway I solved it by going outside, drinking some cola from the vending machine then going back in and it worked.

Here, under save file 2.

You will have missed the scene where she explains how the brothel works (they take a 50% cut that goes towards your debt) and you can now sleep in the brothel.

Out of interest, which file host did you download the game from? My guess is that the archive is corrupt on one of those hosts, it works perfectly on my side.
Just ran it on a fresh copy from all the hosts, all worked perfectly so no idea. Maybe you should just re-download the archive and try it again.

Well, the short of it is that you have to do the events at least once a day for 10 days, so you seemingly make no progress for a long time and then the events appear (and the other events that do appear should be ignored).

Once you know that the game is easy, thing is I was trying to be clever looking at the game's code and found a switch for Guada's route that turned true when you speak to the cameraman, turns out after many hours that was a switch to disable her route.

How can I edit the code? I was trying Guada’s route and did everything to the letter, triggered the 3 events and didn’t speak to the camera man’s and Blanca remained a virgin, but I got the normal ending instead, when does the Guada Blanca on the motorcycle scene happen? how can I trigger it?

Try the save files I provided earlier on page 3, they are at the start of Guada and Aniki's routes respectively.

One you complete the soccer event and pay back the debt at the bank, she should be waiting outside your house instead of Aniki.

It's time of day dependent, after you complete the intro (day 6) then from noon onwards you can speak to the guy waiting outside and pay him to let you access it...

You have to go there at a certain time of day and speak to Mrs Lui outside, it's been like a month since I played however so it's possible I'm forgetting something.

Thats the problem, I tried this at dawn, morning, forenoon, noon, afternoon, evening, night, midnight and still couldnt go inside at all.
Also Mrs Lui isnt outside at all, only either one or two prostitutes having generic reply. I also tried to go through both Guada and Aniki routes to see if there would be any trigger whatsoever and still nothing, so I dont know what Im missing.


Edit: Ok I replayed day 6 again and now she was standing there, so it was probably bug on my end.
