I use a modded apk on my phone and then hook it up to my visor, it easily supports up to 120 fps. though for the best quality you still probably want a quest 3 or a pc that supports 6k and 8k video

im personally on a quest 2 but yea if you need a headset get the quest 3s cuz the games will look decent and you will also have access to pass through stuff

If your phone isn't powerful enough to run the original videos, you may be able to get it to work by using an app to downscale the videos to lower resolution.
