I'm not playing ZZZ, but Zhu Yuan is the one i interested the most... Evelyn good too... For me 1. Zhu Yuan, 2. Evelyn then the rest (maybe that Astra something third)
Zhu Yuan skipped or even did make it will be a disappointment with how BlobCG model is the best currently if compared to other (of course it's my opinion)

I believe he uses Blender, which is a free modeler, 3d & 2d animator, and video editor. It's very versatile, but has a bit of a learning curve.
