Buy an Android and get an APK of Deo VR.
Not sure if IOS ever had VR capability, but if they did you would have to pay extra for it and then your phone would automatically tell every IOS phone that you come within a football field of you're watching cartoon porn and probably airdrop them a copy of some of it..

Used Quest 2's are pretty cheap now. Before I upgraded to a 3, I was watching all of Blob's VR videos just fine on the 2!
