Game just won't start for me... apparently haveing Windows 11 (latest SP) amd .Net Framework 4.8.1 installed is not compatible with this.
The game runs fine on both Win 10/11. It's the first time anyone's having an issue with OC. Try downlodaing the game archive from another mirror.
Additionally, try Win 10 compatibility mode on Win 11: right-click the program's executable file, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, check "Run this program in compatibility mode for," and select "Windows 10" from the dropdown menu. Apply the settings to test functionality.
