My understanding of it is (and this may be entirely wrong), but in Standard NTR you are being cheated on, and/or you are sharing a partner with someone else. So the Reverse of that is someone else sharing their partner with you and/or you cheating with the partner of someone else. This may or may not also include the "stealing" of partners from the person being cheated on.
In simple terms:
Ntr = Someone is "stolen" from you
Reverse NTR = You get "stolen" from someone
In this game, the main character isn't involved with anyone from the beginning, but has multiple love interests. Furthermore, they are part of a specific group that acts against another one. The reverse ntr is the main character being seduced away from his allies, love interests towards the side of the antagonists.

The update is up. This update introduces a new side-plot route featuring Sarah and adds Nova's intro scene.
The next update will be in 2 weeks. It will add new days for the day planner and plenty of new events.
We'll add more options closer to the release. Right now, we're focusing on the content.
