You can choose a few scenes, but mostly automatic. Most sex with people and randos is unavoidable. More of a linear story about a very very slutty girl than choosing to be in a relationship or be a slut. Ignore the part in the prologue about her getting better and getting her act together. The few choices you get dont alter much but adding a few more people to band or bang earlier than you have to bang later.
