Ok i've figured out a little bit. Something has happened out of order in your game. She's acting as though she's been dominated (you can see it in her face). Do you have the "Release" option under "Act"?
Did you dominate her at some point while not in bed? When/where?
Did you use any cheats
Or is it a really old save from before v3.8
