Ok i've figured out a little bit. Something has happened out of order in your game. She's acting as though she's been dominated (you can see it in her face). Do you have the "Release" option under "Act"?
Yah you can't use anything older than v3.8 it's definitely going to have errors like that. Let me know that it goes ok thanks
Another possible issue: with the Buyer, you need 250 endurance to trigger the scene since she has a roommate and you need to dominate them both. However, looking at the endurance value after the scene you only actually spent 125 endurance.

If you're a Subscriber you can download a save at the SS that will set you up for Lia. If you don't want to have to do all that again.
