It's a random event. So save every night, before going to bed, when the player get's punished and it isn't what you wanted, load and try again. ;-)
Bildur also changed the code, so that the propability for unseen event increases overtime, so just continue trying.
Sadly the girl with the glasses doesn't shit on you. :-(

For the minigames: In the newest versio9n you can chose story mode without the minigames. ;-)
