Full Gallery Unlocker Mod for 1.0 LE with animations.

Steps:
Download the file attached by right clicking and save as.
Put the downloaded file into the /game folder

To Access Gallery:
Start the game and either reach the free roam portion or skip intro.
The gallery option should be at the left of the screen.

I call it mod, but I literally just changed a single line of code lol.

I'm not sure if the v30 had animations originally, 1.0LE is the finished limited edition with all animations.

Full save with gallery (click on view gallery) and all the pictures with Vicky if you want to do photo shoots. She is in the bathroom, and choose Invite Vicky to Photo Shoot.
