Olivia herself doesn't get the blowjob mouth till like right at the end of the game, and you can avoid it by not going back to the mines, as for the blowjob mouth across other characters its not possible to avoid it completely its a part of the game, but that does take about a 3rd of the content out

So the game has multiple endings and only one of it has the bj mouth? Can I unlock every scenes after I complete the game once?
How long did it take you to finish the game?
Also, I saw tags like bestiality/tentacles, which admitedly not my thing.
Do we have enough scenes with human or is it more like 70-80% tentacles/monsters scenes and the rest with human?

The game has multiple routes. Standard Hero Route, Bandit Route, Horny Hero Route, Blowjob Monster Route, Pigmen Route, Goblin Route/Ending, etc. They branch off at different points in the game, so you'll experience different gameplay loops with them. The Gallery room lets you choose which routes/stages of the game to skip on re-play through - its super useful for zooming to other routes. It should also have a leaver to unlock most the scenes after getting a ending too.
I guess it'll take about 5ish hours or so, maybe more if you do all the routes. If you like corruption games its worth playing.
Most the bestiality (with the bugs at the start for example) is mostly locked to different stages, and is usually somewhat skipable. Then theres a goblin part - which is pretty much all voluntary, and pigmen which is again, voluntary. Most the Blowjob monster fights have ero scenes on defeat, but if you win those, you won't see those either. Hell, you can skip pretty much all the ero in this game, and just go and kill the final boss.
it cant go below 49... it says that "she held on to her pride with vengeance" or something like that...
is the game as bad as the preview pictures make it out to be? like if it's just 1-2 scenes where they look like anteaters i can stomach it but not if it's like half of the game

then just get to the bandit leader aand do what I said
you have to start losing against the 3 grouped bandits, it will give you new clothes and parasites to get into the head to influence it, after you capture the insects and lick the genitals in the game
nevermind i got it, i just had to leave the area and let one of those bandit watchmen force me back to the boss... thanks thoughXD
Hi! I'm having the same problem, it's the fourth time I've used the reset, but I can't release the route. If possible, could you explain it to me in more detail? Or if anyone reading this has a walkthrough, I'd really appreciate it!
After losing to the bandits you need to go the top where the tavern is and then
-try going to the left of the tavern where the 2 blowjob monsters are blocking the way, initiate the dialogue then opt to back away
-try going up the path to the right of the tavern, a tree will then fall
-go down the sewers to the right of the tavern and defeat the guard blocking the ladder into the tavern a single time
Olivia will then prompt you to go see Hengel who then tells you to find Nori. Nori can be found in the 2nd house in the middle path that leads to the tavern.
Afterwards you're able to enter the tavern from the underground, where you then receive a bomb that lets you enter the lower area of the underground which then leads on to the rest of the blowjob monster route.
