It doesn´t look like you need a full save for the full CG Viewer, only the CLCT in mgrt_options needs to have the right value. Anyone got that Value? In case the logic is obvious to someone, my files Value is CLCT=00690b03b57f3a8a0dffc575 for now.
Or found some nice working cheat code? Could alternatively try achieving the remaining pics.

I already posted my full clear options file on page 5 and it unlocked the gallery for some people. Here's the CLCT=00672703c63f3d9cffffc263
If that doesn't work then try pasting the full options file.

Main menu right when you start the game and click "CG viewer". If it's not there you probably have to clear the game first to unlock it. I uploaded a full save on page 5 if you need it.

The problem is they're all DRM protected. I could buy the game but wouldn't be able to share it with anyone. Someone knowledgeable about this stuff would need to crack it but there's clearly not enough interest in these games for that to happen.
