I think u need to follow the path directly,i think you tried to go there by jumping on the rocks which doesnt work

If you continued the game from the old save it sometimes breaks the game so maybe the event got bugged.Or maybe you missed some event for it open up.

If you're also on Win 10/11 and you still get this error I'd try a gpu driver update. If the game is installed on a HDD, try and move it to a SSD, you can also delete the OST_Game folder in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local

Dude, just play the game,just interact with pillars in right order,you will know if you are wrong if they stop glowing.
