yeah i found that out eventually, skipped half the scenes because the sound bugged me so much i didn't care, shovel was missing after i got the sound to stop so no secret scene for me i guess, and way too much male goblin, worst xmas by far imo.

After you can get to Jaina house. On the right next to the door is a shovel by a snowman.
Head to the top of the stairs overlooking the dock, on your right is the side of a house. By the tree you can use the shovel on a small rock to get a key. Key is for the house at the end of the street where you gave the first two presents.
