That's good advice, as shut in myself and can't go out (nausea) at first step by step calisthenic is the best.
- Can't go push up. Woman push up first until i can go normal push up, everyday add +1 push up, now i can do 100 push up (25x4) almost all clean.
- Can't pull up, just hang and do negative pull up, i can do my first pull up (not clean) after 2 weeks, now i can do clean pull up 8 times in a row.
- Running, can't go out so i do it at home, just walking at home, do jumping, buy treadmill, and finally go out.

Gym is good there's many people that kind to you and will help you, gym bro always humble.

The gameplay is actually quite interesting and unique but sadly the low amount of CGs made the game repetitive (in a loop game lol) as heck. The time per loop is also so short and it's like barely a day passed but in game it's like several months have passed. Hope they/ someone makes a game with similar mechanics to this but with more CGs (that are not reused a ton)/ longer gameplay loop.
