Don't you know that the story's pacing and the development's pacing are two entirely different things? If Tori wants to slow burn the story, that's fine. But it doesn't work if actual game development also moves at a glacial pace. People are going to get impatient and move on to other things because no one simply gives that much of a fuck to wait on their hands and knees for every single update that just ends up being more and more teasing. I'm tired of people giving this dude a pass for milking his patrons of all they are worth just because he's said he wasn't originally doing this for money. Well now he is. And he is never going to finish this project.
I cant wait for the truth or dare game, maybe torimata show something new in the game (but i really want the lesbian kiss to stay)
I just realize, maybe he will use the blindfold game instead, using the dominant route to make Ari make out with Ayumi

For those enjoying the remake - thanks for the kind words! The new animations, CGs and story have a lot of work put into it, so I appreciate when people connect with the vision.
BTW has always been about that slow tension, not just jumping between h-scenes. There's a method to the madness, I promise. I understand this style isn't for everyone
On update size, that's part of why I've moved to an arc-based schedule instead of roughly bi-weekly. To deliver more complete updates rather than arbitrary cutoffs. I'm still aiming for shorter updates when possible though, as I like the consistency of it.
On pace, you can now read weekly dev diaries on Patreon to know exactly how much content is added per week. I'm working very hard as a part-time solo developer, dedicating most of my free time to the project. You can decide for yourself if this is enough for you or move on to other projects.
For the "this will never finish/remake-of-remake" folks - I've heard this since literally day one, yet here we are. I literally made that joke myself on April 1st, get some fresh material

Just discovered the game, and well, I like it.
The characters are pleasant, the couple sound a real couple, and kinks are introduced in an interesting way.
I could argue that sometimes there is a bit too much text to read, but hey, after all, you need that to believe in the story.

By the way, could Tori explain what happened in the topless scene, that is, did Terrace take Ayumi's photo? Since my English is rubbish, I didn't understand that part very well.
If I remember correctly, Ayumi says she took the photo herself with a timer (so, in theory, Terrace didn't see her boobs in all their naked glory). But to me the scene gives the feeling that she's hiding the truth and that it was Terrace who took the picture. Whether that last part was intentional on Torimiata's part or not I do not know.

It's been a minute since I read that scene. And I can kind of see how one might get the impression she's hiding something...
I guess it depends on how you played it, or your own mindset, but given the communication between the couple up to that point, there's really no reason for her to lie, especially about a picture...
But given how the MC has shared with Ayumi about his love for her adventurous side, wouldn't her letting Terrace see her boobs be a great setup for later use? For example, she might wait to see how the MC reacts to her exhibitionism and, when she knows he will enjoy it, reveal how it was Terrace all along who took the picture. Even at the moment of receiving the pic it looks like he was ready to accept the fact that Terrace had taken the picture.
I understand that she seems to be trying to take it slow, but we've also seen how she can get a bit carried away and she also likes taking the initiative. I'm not saying this will become the average "NTS turned into NTR" where the LI turns out to be a total slut behind the MC's back. I'm saying there might be more to what we can see.

No. I think it would be absolutely ridiculous for it to be used as a set up for later...
There's no point, it would be useless and anticlimactic...
There's no cheating tag, no netorare tag...
The entire build-up is to establish that the couple love and trust one another.
The MC is clearly on-board with the exhibitionism and her pushing boundaries, initiating.
There's absolutely no reason for Ayumi to create mistrust, doubt, over a picture.
On either route, it's imperative that she's ultimately honest and forthcoming with what really happened, because it plays into the MC's kink. If Terrace took the picture, it would be to Ayumi's benefit to just admit it.
She gains absolutely nothing by lying...
The only reason to read too much into it is hoping for NTR where it doesn't exist...

so i have been lurking on these boards long enough to say i have played almost all of the top contenders in this category... ai/nts/ntr/phone etc. This is my first ever post. so why now? because i used to care about this game. I thought it had great potential, I enjoy the slow burn, the tension, the art... I was hooked. was.
I stuck with the dev through the questionable decision to remaster. never said an ill word. but this slow walk in development of the story ever since then has just frustrated me to the point i don't care. I feel like i already know what the story will be a year from now as it seemingly will not have even caught up. dev doesn't owe me anything, but I thought i would offer some feedback as to why I'm personally done caring about this game.
best wishes to your game and may your future endeavors be better planned. However this is game is a final nail as to why I will only put money into complete projects going forward. I simply believe this will see an abandoned tag before a completed one and got bored waiting for seeming micro-progression in a story we have already been told once before. Yet I do wish this project the best. you have real talent in this space and that is undeniable. I just feel like I have been held hostage for this game since the remaster decision. which I was grudgingly willing to look past. or maybe im just a jerk. either way, thanks for the memories, but i think its best if we see other people. <- hey look new material!

There were quite a few choices to be made, and don't recall an awful, awful scene that couldn't really be avoided.
