I merely pointed out that the 0.2.1 version wasn't available from here until earlier today when another user posted that version for others to download. That means the 0.2.1 version is newly available from here as of today, hence the game being flagged "New" to indicate that a new version is available! It's got nothing to do with when the 0.2.1 version was originally released by the game dev.

If you don't like how that works then you need to take that up with site Admin instead of getting angry and/or annoyed with other users! If you believe that something is questionable then by all means submit a report to Moderators and explain what the problem is. Similarly, if you believe a game should be marked as "Abandoned" then submit a report to Moderators and explain why the game should be marked as "Abandoned".
