I don't dismiss... I'm just saying that some people are not able to make that transition. It's not a big issue. Some people don't recognize faces or facial features. We (people) are way more used to make the transition from Real People to "Cartoon" than the other way around. We could make a poll regarding other peoples opinion on this matter, but there's no actual point in doing it. You will still see it the same way you do now.

Considering that you made a completely different character with completely different facial features and the only correct thing was the hair, I would say that it's you who lacks skill and you're just projecting your frustration in me... but no worries, I'm an adult, I can take it...

I didn't convert Demi model to G8, I actually tweeked the morphs to get that look, thus creating a new character with what I believe are Demi's realistic facial features based on the model used by Raince. Your conversion didn't take into account even her face shape! Just because you've done it by converting formats, doesn't mean that it's done right, that you've achieved what you wanted. That's why I've said that sometimes the converter doesn't work well... But yeah, you're right and I'm wrong...

Last update. I am talking about the update currently. Where you work in the shop. On getting the security yard uniform, you get a bj and 1000. There's nothing else outside of a bunch of locked scenes and an empty house in the daytime. In the evening lucy on certain days asks for money, but any night time progress is locked. There are no shoplifters. There were no additional items. I was bored shitless.

So let me understand the obvious. Two weeks for another minute of gameplay. Are we getting anywhere by next year? Also like why did we need the sneakers and breath mints? I don't understand these items if there's no stealth skill because you enter their rooms anyway. Meanwhile the shoplifting intro has changed. NVM. I hope there's a much bigger sandbox with any shoplifters and some bdsm? Hopeful, but dubious.

At this point, this point, I am completely bored with it. A minute of nothing else, where hell there was a good scene or scenes on build up, if it had been added instead of detracting from the former experience, the former experience isn't being played.

# For you to get an idea: When I put G3 demi side by side with the g8.1 conversion in any rendering mode other than iRay, you simply can't tell the difference. The mesh looks exactly the same for both of them.

But anyone will tell me they don't look the same in the final iRay render. And I accept that.

In your case, it's the same thing: you did your best, you really believe it's the best you can get but the audience will tell you it's not good enough. It's something people can tell instantly. She doesn't resemble Lucy at all.

"The customer is always right" kind of open minded attitude, not burying your head in the sand like you insist on doing.

(There's a new update out: 0.15.52... I've more fun debating this kind of nonsense than downloading 2 mins of pointless gameplay. Until someone tells here the update is really worth it (0.15.99??), I won't download sh*t)

The main change I made was I upscale the textures to 2K as the Demi texture were not great at close up.I tried to find if the Artist: Belladzines made a G8 version as you can put those texture on a G3 .

The main thing with her model is the lighting used as it can make her face either too thin or too fat / round.

Also you get better result adding makeup and increasing the gloss on her skin to make it look less flat.



About two years ago I asked people if they want to change the skin texture and they voted to keep the orginal. But you can see how changing the texture can make all the different. The mesh of the model makes very little different unless you make big changes.

# This is what I've been talking about. Awesome showcase (I do remember this poll - fans chose the original G3 by far for good reasons). It's hard to get a convincing outcome even being so close ( not your case vudurebel76, your model sucks )

Zip, make a real effort to bring the best of the original BBS to your game. You were doing so great (0.15.494)... Stop with the revamping. You could separate content in chapters leaving old content behind (ch 1, 2...) and put all your focus in new one or even better, give us your version of RAInces "storyline" we love so much.
