What are they suing and under what warrant? To obtain the warrant would mean data rights turned over, and then extradition if he isn't a citizen, or compliance with international police, and for what violation has this occurred? Instead a platform makes up rules or censors content. Rather than turning over data, like names and addresses, of course if serious crime like terrorism, human trafficking, smuggling, etc has occurred they often have to comply with warrants. Where is the company even located?

What nonsense was this even about? You can get refunded directly from the site, or you can get your bank to block the transactions by suggesting fraud occurred. They'll pursue refunds easier, if the site/dev won't.

Patreon supposedly dropped a lot of dev's who it was happening with. Not all, plenty of deads on that site with pages.

RAince was one update a year. Zip was two, they both updated before Patreon went woke. Zip changed name and updated a further two times. RAince pissed about. He made another patreon page and it got taken down. Dunno if he ported to subscribestar. I still want the original game to finish both are good. Yes it was smaller updates, content, but it was still content added. In any event, he updates. There is a bunch of progress notes from him. He's not ripping people off in any opinion. Believe me I'll cancel my recent sub, where I found where too via the update here, if it takes the piss. It clearly reads update 4 in the game, so it is clearly due.
