dark path and this game are the same . original has the most story progress but its abandoned .

I didn't download these new versions of Zip's game. But this credits thing doesn't mean anything. Zip can write whatever he wants in the credits. I think that if he's using the characters created by Rainces, with the same names, Zip's game is still using a creation of Rainces, even if a large part of the story is different. It seems to me that this new version of the game will continue to be a story about those characters and that family. Or am I wrong?
If he changed all the music, all the sound effects, all the renders, all the code, the credits should still say: "characters created by Rainces. Based on the original story created by Rainces." Well... that's what I would do.

Exactly, there's no point in writing that now it will be 100% Zip's game. It's still just a mod.

My post had nothing to do with what Zip wrote (RAinces was listed as the Developer in F95's thread description written by the staff here), Zip clearly gave credit to RAinces as the owner of the "game" he based Dark Paths on, which was well deserved, Zip didn't make any meaningful changes to the story or the code when he added his scenes. aka he MODDED RAinces game.
As For RAinces "creation",
- these Models don't belong to him, Lisa for example was taken wholesale (both the name and model) from Big Brother (even the original name "Bad Brother Saga" demonstrated he was taking inspiration from "Big Brother"), you might describe RAinces modification of these assets as "his". but Zip has altered the bulk of the model too.
- The Plot is a generic Incest Plot, the specific feature were different enough in Dark Path the make it "new", who knows with this iteration. The specifics of the family and their interactions are what makes RAinces Story "his"... who how much of that is changing, the additions Zip made in Dark path suggest it will be quite a lot. enough in my book to represent an "inspired by" credit, nothing more.
- The specifics of the games code and it mechanics are what make a Game unique... most if not all of that is apparently changing, Zip certainly seems to has removed all the mechanic that made this unique to RAinces.
- The bulk of RAinces game was empty spaces and promises of future content. He certainly doesn't own that... Zips can do that too

You are confusing the concepts of pastiche with plagiarism. Raince was based on Big Brother, while Zip simply transferred the story of Rainces. I think that Zip himself does not mind calling his game a modification of the Rainces game because that is simply the case in reality. Not only the map, characters are transferred, but the entire plot and most of the models (people, rooms, etc.). The only significant things in RAinces game that appears to be getting carried over is the "map" (call Zip a map thief if you want) and the names of the principle characters and frankly these are generic (nobody owns the concept of a single mother household with two girls and a boy). I think you'll find the vast majority of incest games have this composition, RAinces certainly wasn't the origin.

You claim to be a mind reader? or a psychic?? there isn't enough in Zips current game to determine how much of RAinces story is being carried over.

I don't even have to refresh my memory and launch the Rainces game to say that it differs from Zip's refresh only in nuances. I don't know how Zip will develop this story, but as I wrote, it will be an extension of the Rainces game.
Just to be clear, for me a nuance would not be, for example, a change of location, a different selection of people in the family, different relationships between characters, etc.

DUDE.... the 3D models arent called Bobby, Lisa, Lucy etc. The model used in Bobby is called RYAN. Lucy model is Demi. Rainces took these models, created the names, created the relationships between them... So YES RAINCESS CREATED the characters and the family! If ZIp uses these models (which are not property of Rainces) with the names CREATED by Rainces and with the family connection (between these models with these names) CREATED by Raincess, then yes, ZIp is using the characters CREATED by Rainces.

Sure, they are generic, but this family where the brother is called Bobby, the mother is called Anna, and the 3 sisters are called Lucy, Lisa and Jenny is GENERIC???? What are the chances of someone creating a family like this with these exact models and these SPECIFIC names?
IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THEY ARE THE SAME CHARACTERS! I honestly don't know if you are dishonest or not very intelligent...
Not to mention that, for example the living room is not a model that you can download. It has elements from other packages... the carpet is from a Hotel for example. Rainces used models from different packages and CREATED this place. So if Zip uses this living room he is using a creation of Rainces too.

I have never tried to say the game has no bearing in RAinces game. Zip is basing his game on a Mod of RAinces game after all and RAinces deserves recognition in this regard. BTW I may have used the term "map" poorly, I intended it to include the backgrounds and enviroments.
The "Game" is the combination of "Story" and "Code" (both of which has been changed quite drastically from RAinces version).
You and I seem to strongly disagree about the value of RAinces contribution (and I doubt that will change anytime soon),
RAinces game had a lot of promise, but he failed to make good on that promise, IMO he didn't do enough to stamp his "brand" on anything, so everything is up for grabs.
Bottom line, I think it can fairly be said that Zips game branched from RAinces but I think you will be disappointed if you think of it as the same as RAinces (be it an extension/continuation).

Of course not! You won't find their genitals or anuses, for example.
You won't find Lucy's bikini there either. I know this because I spent hours looking for it there! Hahah I went through ALL the bikinis in the store.But that's not exactly the point. The assets are not Rainces' property. But when he creates characters using these assets and you use the same name, family relationship, location, etc., then you are obviously using the characters created by Rainces and taking advantage of their popularity (and not the popularity of the assets).
