If you want this never ending stream of western amateurish porn games to continue you will stop demanding that developers have to release x amount of content every x days. This is what they could be doing in an office somewhere and with actual financial security to boot, but then they wouldn't make porn for you to enjoy.

I know such creators and I can support them with a clear conscience because I will receive the content on the appointed date.

Pocket money... But, take 200 supporters with $10 each and it is $2000. Serious money for some poorer countries.
Look what happened to Dr Bones and his "Manssion"... How many updates this games had or even how many artwork he posted in the last 12 months? One...

There is no problem. Developers choose to make a patreon account and people choose to support them without being promised anything. That's how this whole thing works. If patreon was a real job there wouldn't be nearly as many porn creators so you should stop complaining. Your favorite and least favorite games exist because people support the developer blindly. Again you are confusing patreon with a job. Patreon is not a job and if it was most developers of porn games wouldn't be using it. They wouldn't be making porn from the comfort of their own homes without any deadlines. Or they would simply switch to subscribestar so they can continue to not have real jobs.
