I really don't want to get into an argument where I'm defending what might turn out to be another excuse.... But you do know power outages aren't generally global right? His neighborhood might be down, but the area where the mast is might be fine, or the area where he works, or the area where his parents live.... you get the idea? Mobile phones are mobile and so are people to a certain extent.

Zip has an established record of "failing" deadlines, there is a good chance this is no different, there is also a chance that this is a legitimate excuse.... either way only time will tell.

That's it. Writing excuses after announcing a specific release date is standard Zip tactic. He's never met his original deadline. Life is tough in Caracas

Anyone remember when in April 2023 he said he was going to finally publish the Christmas update that had been promised and missed since December 2022? And for this promised date in mid-April he claimed he had slow Internet, so he brought his incest corruption game to work to upload there, only to have brought the wrong version, only to then have to travel internationally for a weekend and therefore unable to upload the totally and legitimately complete update til the following Monday? Only to still not publish the update for nearly another month after that? So the Christmas update finally came in May? Good times.

Even if the update deadlines are frequently missed, many of us are enjoying the game for free and really don't have much right to complain. But the fact he keeps promising updates and that the people who financially support him will get early access, only to keep delaying month-after-month-after-month, teasing the subscribers along is the unforgivable part.

You have a very narrow view of the world don't you, you've apparently experienced power outages (so you KNOW all about them), but you've never experienced a downed powerline or blown substation that knocks out power to the buildings on your street while sparing neighboring streets??

• How about going to work (I'm fairly sure he still a Job and it has internet),
• How about visiting Friends and Family (you know it's the Xmas season),
• How about just getting out of the house JUST to be out of the house (Bars & Malls tend to have cell coverage... hell even parks),

... lots of places, lots of opportunities... but in your world people just sit in the dark... waiting...really??

As for what I believe... read the post you quoted again, highlight the part that makes you think I believe in this deadline or ANY deadline that he has ever given. I've commented on his track record several times, I don't have any illusions about it, the update will come OR it won't.

Or maybe people just report his subscriberstar account for scamming and lying all the time to people and that way he will get a warning or make his account banned again just like in patreon and starts reaching his deadline instead of lying to his fans and the one who pays to him. hahaha it's not surprising either, that's why I will never support this type of adult game content, I prefer to play them for free if the game is released well, if not, I hope it's the same, both this creator and all of this type of game either they release 2 updates a year or they release 1 update every 4 or 5 months of 2 minutes or they tell you a date it's never the date it ends up being 1 week 15 days or 1 month with luck I feel sorry for the poor people who still haven't opened their eyes, they continue donating this type of content, stealing money from them, but oh well, I imagine they have plenty to spare, I don't think they are so ignorant or stupid.
