The original was going for Bobby being man of the house and romance/love the girls there's even romance points stacked but the remakes take the abuse/rape to the extreme

Games like Bad Bobby or Renpy games in general are usually created as never-ending projects to provide funding for the creators, so don't count on an end. Even if one creator finishes it, another will come along and continue it.

I agree that the premise is generic: a brother trying to have sex with his mother and sisters, and the renders are pretty average and even bad if we consider that Rainces uses them with several problems, such as a body part passing through an object, etc. However, what sets BBS apart is precisely the writing. Not in the literary or grammatical sense, but the author managed to create something more believable and therefore more exciting than most games with the same premise.

I think that all the mods resulting from the original are bad precisely because they lack the essential character, which is the writer (who creates the situations, etc.).

I think Rainces managed to create something emblematic. In a Reddit forum about Daz, I posted a screenshot of the living room asking if anyone knew where to find the carpet... and several people said "BOBBY?" hahahah it's funny how much reach this game had. And it won over so many people that its mods manage to attract a lot of people.

Not exactly the point on if it had a fanbase. It obviously does. The problem was it didn't keep it. The problem now after prior defending this current dev, is he's gutted the former game and prevented players playing it. You've gotta be a moron. Preventing players playing a game and adding 5 minutes of content for his fans? It's autism, greed has become autistic. Guys gonna redo every scene providing 5 minutes of game where the sandbox has been gutted and you can watch renders instead. Don't worry, pay meeeeeeeee. Another update might come out soon. Autism. Not the best marketing is it? Whatever can we expect next update, here's another couple minutes of renders.

Player's playing it were waiting for shoplifters, being a bouncer, and a heap of story and corruption in its themes. Instead????? Redoing it all folks, here's 5 minutes of the start.

you would need to use unren but its in the game folder in badbobby
