Everytime I go there from afternoon to evening only at one time the door icon appears, but when I click on it I get teleported in to Bobby's room and that's it.

Why he didn't say next week from the start? 3 days ago was 1 or 2 days and now 1 or 2 again which means another 3 days at least

(2) How to raise the shoplifter score higher than 29 ?

(3) How to unlock the "office" at the store to take the shoplifters there ?
