You have a bugged verssion. It wont progress. There was a temporary fix somewhere.

Traditionally, there are delays. It's a pity that Zip continues to set deadlines without being 100% sure that it will meet them, but oh well... I bet that the update will be released on the weekend at the earliest and now the dev simply doesn't have time due to work.

great exaggeration its not even been a week since his last post . i know the set release date was the 1st but a week delay is quite normal for games on here and its barely been 3 days . there is no reason to speculate right now .
