I cant progress with bobby's mother, ive just got revenge on her boss and Victoria, but it still says that I have to finish cocktail events, which I alredy did, and I cant do it again...

It works perfectly inside the game like described. If you want the gallery directly from the main menu, you have to start 1 s the game, that's it.

Its a bug, try clicking her room every day even if there is no face icon. You will give her laptop and the game will continue.
what if you alredy gave her the laptop, she kicked you from her room and still get the same message? I alredy played with her being drugged but then this message is being shown again, and the phone says there is still progress to do, so I have no idea what to do from here...
All I can say is use the in game hints bud, my memory of the sequences in this game is shaky at best, and I'm not planning on playing it again until after a proper update... which at the present rate might be in the distant future.
