Yep he will, but no permanent transformations are planned for him (for now), just temporary transformations.

The current feminization stage ends with him being a femboy. Later on you can choose to stay as a femboy or become female. The female version will have the ability to become a temporary futa similiar to Liora.

Honestly not 100% sure yet. I will either make her a perma futa with the ability to become female (without cock and balls) temporarily, or perma female with the ability to temporarily become a futa. But I will fully decide once we get to it.

i know this is probably by design, but playing till actual content i spend at leat 700g at the "shop" to reduse MC "supmisive" stat.
i mean: is this rly all that future has in store for him if you wanne give other chars a chance? is he doomed to submit to everyone around? from story flow it seems like destiny has more for him in store (on from personal feeling it seems like he can be more than you 0815 useless cuck).

It's a scene meant for 0.7 only. It can be triggered because I accidentally left a 0.7 scene in the public update. The system will think you are on the 0.7 version. You can ignore the scenes for now you can't trigger and next pulbic patch I'll upload soon after doing 1 more test run, will have a fallback to remove the flag.

He’s naturally more submissive by design, but there will gradually be more dominant scenes as the story progresses. It's not really necessary to lower his submission stat. Fetish stats only influence resistance chances during quickrolls and will start affecting combat abilities in 0.7. They don’t decide which scenes you’ll get, though. Those are controlled by different internal variables that you can track in the "Special Values" section of the diary menu.
You can actually build both dominant and submissive traits at the same time. There are a few scenes that raise dominance too (just fewer compared to the submissive ones of course).
As for his personality. He's not the type to willingly cheat on Liora at this stage. Most other characters will be the ones trying to seduce or corrupt him. Over time, as he gains more experience (whether through Liora or others), he'll start acting more willingly and with that, become more assertive.
This approach for scenes is also needed so players aren't forced into content they're uncomfortable with. Someone who only plays gay content or only straight content will naturally end up with fewer fetish values than someone who plays everything.
Here's a screenshot from one of my test runs after a full playthrough, dominance reached level 34 by the end, which is pretty high.
