0.1.6 buged like before (0.1.4 played last time) started new [as info reported it on his discord channel]

3) The Quest "Handyman" is open and it looks that I can solve it I get no option to meet my Aunt Scarlet at the weekend anymore is this a bug or should it be like others "end of the Quest in this version" when it is the last this information is missing?
