anyone else have an error when you go to the pool to talk to your sister wshile shes in the pool and get this error?

Despite the bashing comments, this isn't a bad game at all. The conversations between the characters are quite funny, the constant picking on each other and joking, instead the MC being some looser who everyone just steps on is quite good. Characterizations are also good so far, they have the usual tropes and yet they are something different. Designs aren't the millions time used assets you can find in every second DAZ game. No engrish. Yep, it's a sandbox, and because of it's a first release feels a bit empty, but there are enough interactions not to make you skip days (except for that one weekend event). Some quests do use the generic tropes like helping with dishes or massage, but how they presented makes it different from the usual routine.

One bug I found is that when I click on the quests in 10.00 and 22.00, it puts me into a bug screen, and if ignore it instead of rollback, it drops me into the main menu.

i ran into an errors everytime i clicked on someones room....that was enough for me and after reading comments other people got errors at the pool and ive never even made it that far LOL so seems i made the right choice to delete it early

You want a suggestion? whatever you do, make it easy enough for retards to follow.

You want sandbox? all right, but include a button that is a fucking gps to whatever you want to do, like Lain mod on Milfy City.

That way, no more complaints. But honestly? Why does no one here copy the japanese, give people choices and then make them branch into seducing 1 family member at a time. It's just the easiest way

So much this. You will find that most of the people playing these games are morons. They will click NEW GAME once and then forget about it, avoiding it at all cost. From then on they will only click LOAD SAVE, then bitch and moan if that doesn't work. They do not read any words of the story. You could use ancient hieroglyphics...they wouldn't even notice. They might even prefer it because "MOAR PICTURES!" I'm about to DL and try it out now and will update afterwards, but I can say right now that I am a fan of sandbox. As long as a clue is given as to what needs to happen to progress, or a quest log, I'm happy. Lain's Mods do cater to the mentally deficient, but are sometimes necessary as some developers think that no clues, no direction, instead that even misdirection is what the people want.

I didn't run into any errors, but I do have a suggestion. Move the update button to the main menu. Other than that, it's pretty linear and not really sandbox at the moment. I imagine things will improve out as you add content and fill the space. Good luck!

Hey guys, if you want to avoid any bug, I suggest loading a save with the dev's warning like in this attached screenshot:


I didn't encounter any problem after following his instructions and triggering the update in the MC's bedroom (I just had to replay a few scenes so no biggy ^^) whereas the game was crashing before I did so.

This is not the most practical way to pursue your game from one save to another but it definitely beats starting from scratch over and over again

Pulling a comment from half a year ago for the current state feels like...ehmm. Anyway it was a first version review and it wasn't that bad at all at the time, neither I ran into any game breaking bugs. I do now, but that's a different matter. Also and gameplay wise my opinion had not changed. If it weren't for the bugs and constant careful save game points, it would be fine, much better than most of the grind trash out there.

I don't think she is. The clues make it a reasonable hypothesis (especially in an adult game ^^) and the MC is thinking so and gets all jealous but there's got to be a twist. He probably jumped to conclusions way too quickly and this is gonna bites him in the ass! I can already imagine the MC getting all confrontational with his big sis and her kicking him in the nuts when she hears his thoughts... And then, they would make up and kiss or something along these lines...

The women in this household are acting all cute/shy/adorable and blush easily. If one of them was a woman of the night, that would be a big surprise (not a welcome one for me either ). I mean, the Pretty Woman

plot can work if well managed but in this setting, that would be hard to pull off.

I really like Kathy's character so far and the dev puts some time to develop her and her relationship with the MC (the scene where she feels guilty about drowning him when they were kids was a really nice moment) so I'm hopeful she won't be sacrificed on the "NTR" altar!

The scene with Bella was promising and I was thinking "looks like we are gonna have to be naughty with her behind her brother's back when they come playing games at home" and then, I stumbled upon the thumbnail in the quest log and I was like "Fucking hell!"

I really hope the dev is preparing two paths (like with the mom, being dominant or nice during the massage sessions) cause crossing swords isn't for everyone! Plus, it doesn't make a lot of sense to have unavoidable MMF since this is something where you are supposed to be a willing participant (if not, it should also involved some blindfold and shit ^^).

And since we are on the subject, it's really weird to make Derek Bella's brother if they are gonna be intimate. If every character outside MC's family is also climbing the incest wagon, it actually diminishes the taboo aspect of our own relationships in the game. And the dev is working hard to build up those relationships without getting too serious too quickly so it kinda defeats the purpose if incest happens left and right in side quests


Anyway, I became a patron after playing this update since I told myself I would support the dev if another update came up (I was a little worried cause there was some kind of radio silence on his Patreon page). I had a great time playing until now so this is well deserved. I hope he will get more support in the future and keep pushing updates on regular basis. There is a lot of potential!

For those of you complaining about bugs, I don't believe you used the update button found in your room. The update button should work on your old saves as long as you use a save from Sunday or earlier. I will try make this more obvious in future releases.
In regards to the map, currently it only shows the quest you can access as long as you are trying to do the quest at the right time. If you're not doing it at the right time, no quests will show up. I don't believe there are bugs with that.

At this point, "you're a young guy trying to get close to the people you know" is not a plot, it's a genre, and this always leaves me asking, "yes, but what is your game actually about?"

The description is pretty generic but also fairly accurate. Indeed, this is not a story driven VN, more like a slice of life one so there isn't much to say. You have series of events with characters (mostly your family with the introduction of two school friends in this release) which allow you to deepen your bonds and escalate things on the naughty side little by little.

For those of you worried about being pushed into certain things, I promise you will not be forced into ntr or threesomes or anything like that. You will have the choice.

I found a bug even though I started a completely new game. If I don't start the Helpful Lad and Problem Child quests before school starts and I interact with the aunt in the school, I won't be able to visit the aunt's house at all, and Helpful Lad will be shown as completed. I doubt that this is on purpose, if it is, that's a bad design choice.

Another thing I wanted to mention to you. End of the storyline screens and "load before this day" doesn't really working well together in a free roam game, since it is impossible to finish every side quest already before we reach the end of the main story, and later on, this will just cause even bigger problems, with more and more quests in the game. Best solution would be if you could choose to start that last main storyline scene or not, to delay it if it's necessary so you can wrap up anything that was left out.

In fact, I did use the update button. I was able to progress the stories for "Problem Child" and "Stressed Out" before waking up in the bedroom on Monday Early Morning. Attempted to use the skip button and promptly crashed with the "school_placeholder" error that I and others have posted.

I literally updated and started on available quests only to have the game tell me to save there because anywhere else won't function in the next update.
I'm out until the save system makes sense. Having it tied to specific progression to function makes it not worth the trouble.
