the developer had some health problems from what I understood and he couldn't work on the game, the tag was put by itself because the game hasn't received updates for a long time I think

He's a Multitask guy and he remembered that Survivor's Guilt existed over it's main game that also hasn't been half way even done on Content or story progress!

The only survivor guilt may be the one from opening a 2nd draft game, making use of its patreon for subtle vanilla game genre and then milking people off by expecting not much content cuz its mainly rarely focused on remaking for the 29th time an scene from the manor lol.

Cloud Meadow too. But at least Cloud Meadow didn't go two years without any build updates only to start a completely new project, never speak of the first one again, and STILL make that kind of bank.
edit: To clarify, Cloud Meadow also has a dramatic and dubious history, and is a very close second
