I can't activate the holiday events

Does the reason why scenes like this are locked mean that I haven't earned enough points with that character? And spending time with them from morning to night gives 5+. Does doing it all the time work?

Well, partially. One of the scenes is locked until she fucks you in the barn.
The other one is locked behind her State Event. She must be in "Submissive".

I can't figure out when Lucille's State scene in which time. I guess it's not written exactly in the guide.

1st hour in the morning. She's in the studio downstairs reading books.

No. Older savefiles aren't compatible most (all) of the time
