Who pays for this? I mean I get that you like the artstyle but you're putting your money into someone that won't put your money and support to good use. You're putting some of your monthly cash into a picked together update like every year

Most likely kids that didn't know or didn't bother to know about Bones and his shitty work ethic, they just throw money at him and tolerated his toxic because of good arts or simply they too are toxic and found another comrade to stick together. I really don't know, peoples are just weird and mindless sometimes in these case

I have an honest question. Why do the people that support Bones have this same "aura?"
Like there's never a supporter that's just honest and says
"Bones isn't a good dev" or "He can't keep up with his own deadlines" or "He should have more people work with him to take off all of his "pressure"
Even in his server there's a channel where he basically vents about F95, lurkers ,and people holding him accountable And the people in there aren't saying "how about you just ignore them and give us the update we pay you for?"
It's full of
"Bones take as long as you want" "I saved up my money for days for you" and my favorite "We trust you"
Perfect example,
Do people have to be directors in order to say some movies are terrible??
Do I have to be a teacher to say 1+1 doesn't equal 3???
Can someone please tell me why this is such a common theme that specifically HIS supporters have??
Or is this just a long winded inside joke?

The answer is simple: it's called a cult. The idiots protecting bones don't realize it and will actively deny it, but it's a cult around him and his (lack of) work.
Because those that still have their sanity intact all got banned from the server and only the cultists are remained, Bones turned his tiny discord into mini Soviet or Russia right now and himself into Stalin/Putin with his Yes men that will showered him with sweet words instead of being honest. I don't even think it was a joke but more like Bones hubris taken over him and that he's realized he can do whatever he wanted and get away with it without consequences, he got free money while being lazy and being a piece of shit yet still got supported by morons after all
All his vents are just for purpose to gaslight newcomers who didn't know and manipulate them
This might be an idea for the doctor to somehow pacify his critics, make a progress table so that there is transparency in the development of the game. In this way, there will be a somewhat timeline and supporters of the game, especially those who are paying, can know the worth of they are paying for.

My bad, I've only followed this game since it's inception and can't wrap my pea brain around it being 70% finished. I mean with me seeing several other games progress in development and see that the versions are always reflective on even the developer's view of completion when I see such big brained takes such as "Version numbers don't matter", I just get steam coming out of my ears. Plus having played through the game contextually regardless if you can get the main character's dick wet, the game feels no where near even the middle in regards to story, many scenarios that should be there are not there and character interaction alone is mostly shallow (even for porn game standards).
Either way, ignore me I'm just a hater.
The answer is still objectively no, new players should not waste their time on this game unless they just want to be disappointed.

Small breakdown for peanut brain: You don't know software design, the version doesn't mean the percentage it's done. The game could go from 0.99 to 0.100 and most games don't even have "0.4a and 0.4b", different devs do different versions.

Anyway leaving that aside. Happy April 2nd, we've got another new month of mocking Oseo for being the lazy scamming prick that he is. Hope the supporters enjoyed yet another month of Oseo collecting another paycheck without anything substantial to show for it.

I know the thread is derailed but the derail is getting derailed. Yes you two disagree but at least lets stay united on this and civilly bash bones not each other. I think LOGhetto has already got the idea and is moving back to the topic at hand, but seriously is this going to make it to 1000 pages before the update comes out or will a mod nuke all the comments first

You don't know in the beginning. I supported him and luckily was smart enough to see where it was going. So I stopped. If you support someone, keep at least track of it.
