NTR hate comes from a loud minority. Most people don't mind/ don't care. As long as they bust, it's a W. As for him getting more money for dog scenes, it's likely because the last update was a first introduction to the game for a bunch of people.

I don't want to rain on your parade guys, but I am 99% sure this update is going to see the light of day on late december, or january 2023. I'm basing my prediction on Bones' attitude and reaction to the comment of "haters". For him to react the way he did, and pay so much attention and importance to what people say (no matter if it is true or not), I can really feel he is very resentfull. Childish even. My bet is that he is in his early 20s. So this is his "punishment", he is going to change that date, from month to month. He has evolve, if you will, his evil form, so villainous hahaha.

For my part, I don't give a horse's ass. True, it is sad, cuz like some of you said, the game is good in its own peculiar way (the few content it has in correlation with its lifespam). But again, for those of you waiting for the version to drop, you won't see it anytime soon. I would recommend to check other awesome games, so you don't waste your time.

ummmm.... i'd say the dog is the best sellingpoint of the game. He is drawn cute with a funny face. (unlike the creepy shota MC)

Wasn't this update broken into 3 parts just so there was some content to sprinkle out so people would stop complaining. This was also after a month or two of missing 'hard release dates.'

The third part happend after he failed his second date, more or less. Then he said that to "compensate" for that, he would add some new stuff (ideas he had in his mind for a long time) for the dogo and don't recall what else. Hense making a new excuse to peace out for 6 months.

Come on, m8. No dev would do this to their fans. In the off chance of this happening, I bet that a huge chunk of the supporters would stop supporting Bones financially.

Its not even the first or second time he missed his dates...every fkn time..and this time its just a rework and a variation for existing scenes..and when it is released it is usually full of bugs..he earns more than a AAA programmer, who works better,faster and with a higher quality..but guess who gets fired and earns no money when he delays his shit this much??..like i said in a post before, Patreon and Subscribstar should deactivate accounts when there is no Update in a fixed time period, that would motivate those milkers to atleast get little things done.

That would be nice, but it's wishful thinking. They earn money with every payment made. So they will never cut their own income. Patreon was forced to reduce porn because the big players like Visa and Mastercard forced PayPal and finally PayPal forced Patreon.

A nice system would be a stack and confirm type of thing. You put money every month into a stack, but this money is not send to the creator. If the creator releases an update, then the community can vote if it's what has been expected. If like say 30% say, yes I'm happy with that, the creator gets the money currently stacked.

If you bring out regular non joke updates, you have regular payouts. If you fuck with the system and subscribers and release every 8 months with a crappy update, you get nothing.

But even that is wishful thinking, because no creator would ever create an account there, with alternatives like Simpreon and Leechstar.

I think it was because this game came out during the time where peoples on the site are more lenient with beasty and NTR content and Bones did got his name well known even before that so they trusted him, not gonna lie if you check his first few comments he's seemed humble and very open up to take praises and criticism. I had no idea what happen to his IRL to make the guy became like this now or how in the hell did he got more money each month despite the obvious change of his behavior and more toxic toward everyone, could be new fans that didn't know/bother with the drama or life long supporters that invested too deep to pull out

Such a shame really, this game really good and one of a few games that worth a play in the early day. Bones earned a fuck ton of money compare to many game developers and could have got even more so with good reputation has he just work honestly, seriously though just wrap up the story of the game and he can post some statement like "despite The manor have reached the end I'm still have more ideas for it" or something like that and he then could focus on remaking the old scenes plus with some additional DLC to drag out the game a bit longer. No one would have throw negative words at him and Bones should have handle the criticisms better than that, he's aren't a penniless NEET but a developer with years of experiences that earned lot of income and trust from his fans so should have show a bit professionalism
But yeah I agree that I'll find other games to play, even though they aren't The manor many new games here showed ton of potential and with developers that worth the pledge more
