It's really obnoxious watching them and their mental gymnastics trying to justify why they are putting their interests over others, often by complaining that the NTR and gay stuff etc. is doing that to them. That's not the point though, is it? This game started with incest in focus and occasional beasty. You can even turn off the beasty option at the beginning, which should ideally make you miss some portion of the game that you are not interested anyways. But because the game dev has been lacking progress and excuses to come up about it, just started focusing solely on beasty scenes, to the point of making the "future versions" of the characters as if the present versions were developed enough. Of course people are free to ignore games that don't interest their kinks, but don't be surprised if people are frustrated over a very popular and liked game that has been in development past 7 years suddenly shift to a whole another genre.
I don't mind about having beast stuff in the game. Of course, there are hundreds of options without beast, and even here, we have the option to disable those scenes. But, the reason I complain is because the game seems to be going to a 99% bestiality path, forgetting about the main story and the relationships between MC and girls, and, I'm not Bones but you can tell beast isn't the main focus of the story by playing the game.
If you pay attention to the story its obvious that Doyle wants to take over the MC's body and have sex with the women in the manor, its likely that Doc will go down that route eventually once he implements more of the story. This has always been the plan, I'm not sure what type of NTR a ghost possession counts as but its still NTR in a way. For the time being we can safely assume that's the only type of NTR that has the MC "lose".
He hasn't forgotten his original intentions, he specifically called out the over abundance of beasty content recently as becoming excessive, and pushing the game away from his vision, I wrote a comment about this not too long ago. It does help that I complain a lot in the streams about the beast content becoming too dominant recently, it especially helps that I make good arguments and no one really seems to have any valid counter arguments to my points. Of course at the end of the day, I only get one vote for the polls, and I can't convince the beast guys to ever change their minds.
It's very unlikely that he adds more male characters to the game if that's what you're asking. However, that being said the "Wheel of Boners" is a process that basically makes random scenes so its somewhat possible for an NTR scene to slip through, but NTR is very unpopular and NEVER wins polls from what I've seen, so I'd say it wont happen.
