From what we know he is working on the game off the streams, he is working to implement scenes that he has already made in the past. The scenes he has made recently are very likely going to be used for updates in the future, possibly the final update for the game.
Tbh i'm very thankful of his double standards on that matter, lol

He animated the Future Vera scene.
He talked about the issues he was getting from people reporting his Subscribestar and other problems, they sound to be almost entirely ineffective. He mentioned that he doesn't want to return to the thread and be active here due to what he believes to be too many haters and other negative types of people. I told him the best solution would be to get updates out consistently within a reasonable amount of time, and that a great start would be to have the next update out this month.
Two Discord users are having a bet, one of the guys said he would get a tattoo of Martha, if he fails he gives the other guys 100 euros, if he gets it, the other guys makes a commission of a BBC gangbang involving all the women.
He made a sketch for the Future Mia scene, I'm not sure what he'd make after this scene is finished, he might just work on the update full time after this or perhaps make yet another future scene.

He improved the scenes in the last update, and made them repeatable in other locations, so that you'd be able to grope whenever the target woman is idle. As for making a continuation for the phone scene, I'm not sur if he has that planned. I'll ask him about it in the next stream.
