Alright, so as to avoid always searching for that one post that is just links to other comments I made, I'm gonna make this one my "Recommendations Hub" comment, which mixes all 3 comments with recommendations that have been scattered in the thread. Maybe I'll update it with more eventually, who knows... Also bear in mind that since it's mostly stuff I already wrote before, my comments might not reflect the actual state of the game but the opinion/suggestion stands.

This is not about the update rate but I just realized we won't get any new Martha content for many moons. Feels bad.

This looks like either a faulty RTP installation or a faulty game files extraction. Try extracting the game again and remember it only works if the files are located in the internal storage, if you put the files in the external storage the game won't work properly.

Check on page 702, there's a zip file with 18 different saves, might want to check them.
the lack of mouse control in this game is an issue for me, i hope the dev could implement it in the next update
I do Remember The DOS and i also do remember a time were we didn't have cars, that don't mean we don't enjoy having them because they make life easier.

Fixed if you download the latest version (0.16.2.1). Check the first post of the thread.
(State) Cowgirl OR Boob Job: You need to get an event with Doyle, attempt to use his ring and it should fail you must then head to the basement and speak to his skeleton to finish the event. At night go to the living room (with the chair to wait on) and you should see Doyle, then go speak to Martha. Refer to "State Event Paths + Questions and Answers" for information on how to unlock each of the available scenes.

You mean you can't use the ring or that you can't get the scene?
For the State Event to be able to happen, you need to have both the MC and the girl in question at max level (70 points each), visit Doyle in the basement and he should be visible and for the final requirement, you need to have done all the girl's previous scenes (State Scenes don't count) at least twice.

You lack the State of the girl, then. It's an event which determines how the girl reacts to scenes. For example, Martha can be Passionate, Permissive or Reluctant (or was it Strict? well, no matter, that's the bad end anyways) and depending on which one you end up with, there's another scene that unlocks or locks, that's why you are seeing some of those "???".
And keep in mind all the recommendations of my previous comment, need to to all the girl's scenes at least twice, check the guide to know if you're missing one minus the State related ones.
