You can access the cheats by going into the stats menu. Clicking on it gives you points for the book to unlock abilites and restores your PCs stats and those from the people around you. Preg scenes are for the sister (both doing it as the brother or being the sister and from the Bf if you cast a spell on her to see what's she doing in her time). Not much content around that for now but it looks promising.
