This game's update cycle has been "a scene or few + some artwork polishing + bugfixes" since basically forever, with the occasional bulkier update (like v0.1.20, which is on substar right now) a couple times a year. At least it's still getting worked on.
I remember playing this game for the first time back in probably 2018. Art was good, the kink was apparent and unapologetic, and the mechanics were understandable.
It's now 7 years after the game first came out and this game is in desperate need of both a roadmap, and an overhaul. It's odd how it can be both bloated in UI, and also lacking in scenes and plot, often noted by placeholders.I tried redownloading it a little over a year ago (to buffer myself in absence in order to note the progress) and was a litle shocked to see how little was actually added. Placeholder sketch art from 6 years ago was still a placeholder 1 year ago.
A little distinct directive and some scaling down is all this game needs.

You have to repeatedly Dream Walk into Cassandra, which will give you a unique dialogue choice during the sequence after doing it enough times, which unlocks her content.

The UI is functional, the big problem is the game doesn't telegraph to the player what to do that will progress the story. That is compounded by there not being much outside the quest with Caroline, this leaves the player to just grind up levels that leads to unexplained powers as they brute force looking for progress. Unexplained powers that will lead the player to finding unfinished scenes or it just being bugged like if you swap with Julia's parents as they can't improve each others stats even though you can spend time and magic trying to do so.

Navigate to options (on the next screen, second from the bottom) and change the resolution.

You have the base screen with interactions of "talk", "travel", "sex", "action" which seems to do the same thing as "travel". Why are they there?
Complex actions like going to a different room requires multiple clicks for no reason. No map so you slowly go from one adjacent room to the next once by one, also you cant tell where characters are.
Talking to people requires find a room they're in (random and cumbersome), click "cancel", select talk, select character, afterwards when you click end discussion you still need to press another cancel button to get to base screen options.
Other games do things like include a map you click once to move, the characters might be shown on the map, and they have characters models that can be interacted with a single click.
Well then you talk to a character, theres no actual discussion you just get "+12 whatever stat -> time of day change +10 mana" as the reward for grinding through that interaction which also doubles as the punishment for playing the game.
Theres 15 characters so expect a lot of thrilling gameplay of clicking talk to receive stats.
Theres the typical unity issues. The UI doesnt seem to have gotten any graphical improvements since alpha 0.001 build.
All in all I rate it "what the fuck"/10.

I will never understand why it takes years to replace placeholder interface, make normal navigation and add something to game that lets you play without outside guide. The only reason I see - developer does not care.
