True, but it's porn they are going to be looking for certain size of people to use and most normal ones especially on chaterbate and other sites are not hung just regular size.

HRT does shrink it but not by that much. So if they already had a big dick, taking hrt won't change that drastically. It's not a rare thing for a trans girl to have a big one.

It would be beneficial if the tags for this game were updated, as there does not appear to be a male protagonist in the game.

This seems more like a futa on femboy work, simply because of the style of the scenario and the focus on cock size.

This is far from a problem at least for me, as that is my preference.
But you might get a lot less complaints about cock size and theming if you had instead branded this as futa on femboy.
