That one didn't fire correctly for me either. The wife gives you a footjob if you lick her by the pool with jenny present. She'll ask if you want a reward and if you say yes, that's what she'll do.
I don't remember exactly what I did to get the Saturday reward to trigger. I think I had to get the negative result on Saturday once, before the reward changed. I had both the maid footjob unlocked and the event I described earlier (even though I had chosen no reward when the wife asked, so I hadn't actually seen the footjob on this playthrough).
