Could be them nothing stops them from making a new Patreon account with a complete new identity. It is not against TOS but I doubt that this is Icstor. The studio of this game made in my opinion couple mistakes one of them is managing their own game thread but including the incest tag. Patreon is going through the creator's F95 activity. If they see that the studio is running their own thread with that tag they might remove their Patreon page if they get reported by an individual. I doubt that Icstor would do these mistakes and there is no reason for him to create a second persona/studio beause they would throw the "legacy" away. Let's be real if it was them and they made a new game most of the people would not care about what they did in the past("excuses" and delays).The more I play, the more confident I get that this is Icstor
It also could be someone who worked in that team but I have checked the preview render and the render in the school with the blue haired clothes has poke throughs. I would say the people who worked on milfy city are very experienced by now. They would not do such a mistake or not an obvious one.
Good luck with your project. I don't know how long you've been active in the 3D scene but the renders look good for a first release.

Well first off, the Mute All & volume controls don't work so you either mute your entire system or you're stuck with that cheesey f'n music at full volume.
the art look promising and very bright (for some reason other 3d games on the market are pretty dark and i hate that), this game feels quite similar to milfy city or just me.
this game is a mess i had delivered the box to megan and made a save then went back to the save and it says give the box to megan its totally messed up something needs fixing
