The population bar is bugged and will sometimes show the same person everywhere like they are following you (might be the last person you had sex with which was the case with me but it might've been a coincidence). Another bug present is that the text talks about the person of one gender ("You feel slightly closer to the young woman") but when you initiate sex, the person of the opposite gender is participating.
As for constructive feedback and suggestions, firstly I think that the sex minigame is really unintuitive. You have to scroll down to perform some actions, and you must click on them repeatedly if you want the character to repeat them. However, the results of the actions and text are displayed in the bubble at the top, so you must constantly scroll up and down. Another thing that doesn't make sense is when you click on strangers in the population bar, the descriptions are really brief and they don't tell us enough but also tell us information that we probably couldn't know right away like their gait and their voice and their accent. It would make sense that we could tell their breast and hip size, unless they are wearing something that conceals them. The system of getting more details of their looks through conversation and interacting also doesn't make sense because we shouldn't know the details about their genitalia just from talking to them at the bar.
As for quick suggestions, they are mostly tied to talking with NPCs. When you talk to family members, you always ask the same questions and get the same answers. After the first time, all the questions could be put into "Small talk with Mother" which gives 5 relationship points instead of clicking "1" 5 times. It would avoid more repetition than necessary. Another addition could be when talking to strangers where there should be options for you to introduce yourself and ask for their name instead of having to hover over the population bar to see their name. Also, you should probably change the generic "You feel slightly closer to the young woman/man" to "You feel slightly closer to character name".
