Pretty sure you can't go to her house no matter what unless you get the Lovers ending at the end of the investigation phase.
Correct. If you accept her invitation the night before departure, you go to her house to have a romantic encounter with vanilla sex included. Rejecting the invitation sets you up to the rest of the endings, and allows you to either attempt kidnapping when she returns home or invite her to your house as a goodbye gesture from a close friend before she leaves (this option requires a previous use of the sleeping powder on your kouhai/younger coworker)

1: Look at the first post in the thread.
2: If nobody's mentioned it by now, nobody knows of one. Searching the thread for "virus" shows only someone asking whether a modded version has a virus, no evidence of a virus in the main download.
Is there any word of a sequel to this game? And if not, are there any games similar to this in theme?

how do we unlock the other text options in the first phase? do we get like a NG+ after "beating" the game once?

Certain choices require conditions to be selectable. Like high affection or low suspicion. You have to tell us which text choice you are talking about.
After getting one of the good endings, there is no NG+ but there is an endless mode with new features like auction and slave training. Those features have new endings too.
like for example the option of going to her home before entering the second phase, is that something that is possible?
